TEST BENCH FILTRATION
A typical error
when oleodinamic components test bench filtration is designed, is to use
oleodinamic filters instead process filters. Oleodinamic filter elements obtain
immediately an optimum cleanliness level. They are designed to block a small
amount of particles, since it’s given as a fact that a correct designed system
produce a limited quantity of particles.
Process filter elements instead, are designed to catch big amounts of particles during the production process and their cost usually is not so high as an hydraulic element.
An accurate filter/filter elements choice, permits to obtain an high cleanliness fluid level at sensible lower cost than a traditional system. In these pictures, is possible to see at a test bench filtration system realized by our company with process filters.
