AIR ASPIRATION ON PLASMA CUTTING BENCHES
is utilized for precision metal sheet cutting. It's an high smoke creating
process: smoke expulsion is made with the help of an air aspiration and
filtration system applied to the bench. These systems are designed according to
the bench surface. Metal sheets are layed on the bench and then cut.
In case of small metal sheet cutting, the inspired air tend to dilute on all the free surface, reducing the aspiration effect and so smoke problems could arouse in the working place.
The solution is not to increase the ventilation power, because this power is linked to the filtration surface, but simply to plug the holes, it means to lay other metal sheets on the bench. In this way, it's made a suction concentration that optimizes the system and makes it working correctly.
